I didn't replace the outside condenser fan blade, I only replaced the inside blower wheel with a new OEM wheel that came in the 15,000 btu Dometic unit. I can't believe how quiet it is now. Think I'm going to check the blower wheel on the 13,500 unit in the bedroom and see if it is wobbling and replace it also if it is.

I'm surprised they don't sell a kit. When we bought ours, the kid helping us gave us screens for the refer and hot water exhaust. No mention of the AC needing one which now surprises me.

I will find some next trip to town. Don't care to have to dig another chunk of clay from my fan again. I'll be looking for something with larger holes to allow better air flow but still keep the pesky critters out.

Thanks
