Dometic DMR702 Not Working on AC

I’ve got a Flagstaff 5th wheel that will not run off AC. It’ll just run on propane. The trailer is plugged in to shore power at my house. Where do I start? Not much of a problem this weekend cause we will be dry camping but I’d like to get it resolved.

Have you pulled off the vent/grille on the outside of the coach and verified that it hadn't come unplugged from the outlet that's inside there?

Do you have 120 volts to the receptacle it's plugged into?

If so do you have 120 volts between P3 & P4 on the board?

Have you resistance tested the element to see if it's good?

There does not appear to be 120 volts to the receptacle.

Check the circuit breaker for the fridge.

As FlyBob said check the breaker, then check for a tripped GFCI receptacle. The receptacle with the GFCI could be anywhere.

I also had a problem with the fridge, microwave, and all 110vAC outlets not working, just one time. I found that a GFCI outlet in the bath had tripped and that ALL of the 110vAC in the rest of the TT was supplied from this one outlet. I reset the GFCI and all had been good since.

Checked GFCI (in bathroom) and was not tripped. Double checked the breaker and all was good. We’re dry camping this weekend so the fridge will be fine running on LP. I made an appointment to take it in on Tuesday. Fridge is currently cooling with an extension cord and I’ll switch to LP when we leave on Friday.

You may have more than one GFCI. Our previous unit had one in the bathroom and one under the awning outside.

Be sure to reset breakers full off, then flipped on. See where else is without 120 v AC. Breakers might be marked, and marked wrong
