Dometic freezer door hard to open??

Well brought my georgetown home.. Fridge was running on propane during the ride ..when I got home tried to open freezer it was vacuum sealed...I really had to pull on the handle (yes I pressed release latch) before she started to release upon opening it was frosted inside..Closed and heard it start to seal like a vacuum.. Tried to open again I was afraid I was going to pull the unit out of the wall... Shut it off waited 20 minutes freezer opened easily....

During demo unit was running on electricity .. Opened and closed normally....Temps here hitting 98-100*F..

Thoughts opinions?? Any help would be appreciated...Thank you

Ours pulls a vacuum every time we close it. Yes it is hard to open. Haven't pulled the handle off yet.

I just wait 10 minutes and door opens again. If I know I am going in/out of freezer a few times, I don't shut it all the way till I am done.

I've only noticed that a couple of times in my rig. Once after a friend stopped by with a bottle of black velvet. Grabbed some ice and the freezer worked fine, but by the end of the night I couldn't the darn thing open for nuthin.

Funny though.. the next day it worked just fine again.

More than once, I thought I was going to break the handle off trying to open it, but yet. Who knows when.

If you push in on the door then open it seems to work much better.
