Dometic Fridge; 34 gas, 58 on 110

If the refrigerator is running on propane, it cools to about 34 degrees. Switch it to 110V, and it is about 58 degrees; not cool enough.

Got any ideas as to what might be causing this? The circuit board has been replaced to no avail.
