Dometic fridge DM2652RBX not working on electric

I am new to the forum hope i am doing this right. Purchase new Coachman Leprechaun mb3019 class c fridge not working on electric. Power to 110ac no power out of circuit board j 7 and j8 to electric heater element tested element show 48 ohms. Replace circuit board still same, tested thermostat shows good. powered 110 direct to house power with extension still nothing what trigger terminal j8 shows it switch by something?

Have you checked the fuses on the control board? The control board operates on 12vdc even when you want to operate the fridge on 120vac.

Yes fuse been checked although only one on circuit board. I belive it front panel on freig anyone know how to check it 5 wires. which ones are open and which ones are closed. 3rd circuit panel and new heater element.
