dometic fridge problem

Just got back from a coast to coast and back again trip in our Flagstaff 26rlws. Had a great time with only a few problems. one was the flame wouldn't stay lit on the Dometic fridge. I adjusted the electrode closer to the burner and it works ok now. However, when it is running on propane and we plug into shore power it won't switch automatically to electric. It is set to au on the panel. It switches from electric to propane ok. Any ideas? Thank you.

What model fridge do you have?

If it automatically switches from electric to propane, but won't switch back, it may not be sensing the 120 volt power. How do you get it to run on electric if it won't switch?

it's a dometic dmr7021b the one with the ugly blue lights. I can switch it manually from propane to electric using the buttons on the front.
Thank you.

Thank you.

Most likely the control board in the outside compartment. Best call Dometic customer service, they troubleshoot free, sure they've seen before.
