Dometic Fridge quit cooling

We bought a 2011 Berkshire 390BH about a month ago. We spent three weeks in it with fridge working great on either propane or electric. We put in storage for a week, and since then, all the lights come on, the flame lights on propane, but we get zero cooling. Right after pulling out of storage, I did park the coach in front of our house (which is maybe a 4% grade) to load, turning the fridge on for about 45 minutes. I've heard that trying to run the fridge when you're out of level can cause damage, but I guess I was thinking that was more with older units and/or that the newer units would have an automatic shutoff.

Did I screw up or more likely coincidence with the timing of failure or maybe there's some kind of reset somewhere? :hoping:

Any ideas? BTW, the unit is a Dometic 1350RM 4 door with ice-maker.

You need to shut it off, level your camper, wait till the ammonia drains back into the reservoir, and start it up again.

The ammonia will collect in the coils when out of level and not return to the reservoir. Continued operation like this can cause a leak. Look for yellowish or Greenish stain on the pipes (this would be very bad).

Dometic 2nd year warranty requires that the refer was inspected by an authorized service center at the end of the first year.
