Possible that a circuit breaker just for the fridge has tripped. Find you electrical control panel and check the circuit breakers. There will also probably be bayonet fuses in that same panel but I'm betting the fridge is on a circuit breaker.
Check to make sure it is getting 12v and 120v power to it. It all the power is coming in as it should make sure the element that provides the heat in the boiler is working when on electric. They do go bad. A short and very basic how to check and repair the element. Might not be the exact same fridge but it is at least a start of how to work through the problem and diagnose.
