As noted earlier. I put frozen cans of juice if I have them. I also use it for the bacon. It fits great!!!

packages of hot dogs and mini breakfast sausages fit in the one side, chocolate bars (for s'mores) and blocks of butter also fit in there.

Fridge door

Works well as a place to stow my coffee.
Either bag of beans or ground version.

It's made for cans, but that would be a bad spot to put cans... I wonder if you can replace it with something else.... if you push up it will unlock and slides right out.... I agree, pretty much useless space...... we put the "French Bread" in there.... the long skinny ones..... now I know where to throw in a couple of adult beverages to get them cool fast...... used it today for the first time for something besides bread......
