Dometic / Furnace issues

I have a 2 year old Dometic digital unit in a grey wolf 26RR with just heat/air, started out both heat and air cond would not cycle proper, would run first cycle but not kick back when temp / therma stat called for it. Temp would fall to 10+ deg past call temp. now furnace will not fire at all. I hear click at the control box at the ac unit but no heat.
Can I jump wires to call for heat to teast the furnace (like a hone unit) ??
Is the relay in the control box control all items? (fan/ac/furnace)
