Dometic Furnace won't kick off

I have a 2016 Forest River Lacrosse but the furnace has never been used. No propane to the RV before I bought it and the furnace won't work. No ticking noise like it's trying to light, no fan, nothing. Looked in the owners manual and it says dealer service only if pilot has never been lit. Is that right ?

Furnace does not have a pilot. It have an igniter like your BBQ grill powered by 12 volts. Check all the 12 volt fuses. Turn on you stove top and get a good flame going use all three burners. The try the furnace again.

Thank you. I will try that directly. I do remember the girl I bought it from saying she "took a fuse out because the carbon monoxide detector would not quit beeping".

I replaced the 15V fuse (no 12V fuses) that she had removed and lit all three burners and nothing. When I put the thermostat on "Heat" and turn fan mode to "On" instead of "Auto" the air conditioner comes on. Smh

That is not the A/C running, it is just the fan blowing. If set to high or low it blows continuously. On Auto it cycles.

the correct language is 15 amp fuse and 12 volts. All you fuses are 12 volts. All your circuits breakers are 120 volts. It the amperage that changes.

Check your t-stat mode. you have turned on your heat pump. It is the same as A/C only in reverse. You need furnace mode. It is at floor level. Yes, the 15 amp fuse does a number of 12 volt circuits for multiply things. Fridge, Furnace, range hood etc.
