Dometic Gas Range

When the High ....Low temperature knobs are at the Low setting , it is still too high. I need to be able to simmer an egg without continuing to boil. Is there any way to restrict the gas?

If you have the 3-burner unit the rear two burners have a lesser btu rating than the front burner, so those those may have a lower 'low' rating than the front one does.

Having said that, some stoves have an adjustment for the burners, but I'm not sure if the Dometics do. I'll look at ours when I get a chance in a day or two if someone else doesn't answer.

Thanks. You are correct the 2 rear burners will turn down lower than the front burner. I don't see any further adjustment.
