Dometic heater ac thermostat does heater have 2 fan speeds

I set thermostat on low fan speed and then mode to heater and ac fan started and heater came on. Do I have a wiring problem or is this the wiring of the system?

Set the fan speed to AUTO. There is no control for the furnace fan. It only has one speed.

Forgot to mention that what you said was happening is normal operation with fan speed set to some speed other than AUTO.
