Dometic refer cooling issues

Have a Dometic RM 1350 refrigerator which seems to cool fine in gas mode but temperature rises to 50 degrees in fresh food section when swithched to electric mode. Dealer checked and said was working properly. Unit is 2 years old. Any suggestions?

I fan inside outside fridge vent area may help get rid of extra heat to help aid in cooling.
