Dometic refer warms up on cool nights
We are camping this week at Mesa Verde NP where temps are ranging from mid 70's during the day to give or take 40 at night. Our Dometic refer runs great during the day keeping interior at about 30-36 degrees. Problem is that at night the interior temp actually goes up to about 40-42. DW is worried about spoilage. Freezer is fine. We are supplementing first thing in the AM with ice packs but should not have to do this. We do not tend to heat trailer overnight unless it drops below freezing, just turning on the furnace to get the chill off when we get up. We are running on AC. Cooling fans are cycling but not much at night. Roo 23IKSS. Any thoughts or suggestions?
