Dometic Refer - What is this?

Hi all,
Before this past weekends trip, the exterior refer vent was rattling. I pulled the cover and it was just the heat shield rattling.
While I was looking at the back of the fridge I noticed some wire casing had burned and was sitting below the wire in the pic. The gray wire was crispy right after the ceramic piece that is held in place with 1 screw. The other end goes to the black box.
I am thinking an igniter or a flame sensor?
My refer model # is DM2652LBX. Anyone happen to know the part # of that piece?
Please see pics.
Thanks in advance,
crunchman

Looks to me like the DSI (Direct Spark Ignition) wire.

Did you check the (Library), at the top of the this page in the green bar beside the (FAQ)? I just looked and there is a parts manual in there for the dometic fridg. Hope this helps.

271 is the assembly and includes the wire. I would order that.

Examine PN 278 (the gas capture combustion box) to make sure it is not damaged or rusted out before you order.

Thank you very much Herk, I appreciate your time helping me. I will order the parts today after I look at #278 that you mentioned.
