How long did you start it before you checked it?

my dometic quit 2 days out on our way to fl for a month, we used the freezer as an ice chest for 5 weeks, when we returned dlr fixed it no charge ,dometic has a 2 yr warranty
on mine the cooling unit went bad,a little disappointed but resole was good and those things happen.

Could you give us more details?
Is it cooling at all or just not cooling enough?
How long did you let it run without opening the doors?
The more information you can provide the better your chances of getting an accurate reply.

Would be heading to the dealer. Iceboxes went out in the late 40's and block ice is hard to find.

You may have a reset on your system somewhere - CHECK THE OWNER'S MANUAL. If ours tries 3 times to start on propane, without the propane reaching the unit, it trips and has to be reset.
We have never been able to get ours to cool if we try to start it on A/C. ..... always have to cool it down on LP mode first.

Good Luck!
