Dometic refrigerator

I want install a small fan inside my frig. to the coil inside. To do this I need to put a hole through the case. My question is: I am assuming the box is just an insulated box with nothing between the inside and outside except insulation, so can I just drill a hole anywhere (missing the inside and coils that I can see) to run my wires?

I don't know if I would do that, other options are the 12V light inside or I ran the wire down the drain tube, never a problem, I have did it both ways.

I have no light in mine. The drain tube is a good idea.

It would help us to know what model fridge you have. That way we would know what's available that you could tie into, or if running a wire through the wall would pose a problem.

what model fridge do you have? you dont have to drill any holes, you can just tap power off from the inside light.
