Dometic RM1350 Drain Tube Issue

We have water collecting in the bottom of our Dometic RM1350 refrigerator. After some investigating I discovered that when water runs into the drain hole at the back of the unit from the drip tray it backs up and runs down the rear wall. I have verified the drain tube is clear with no obstructions. My suspicion is the drain tube has an uphill bend somewhere which prevents the small amount of water from running out.

I removed the vent cover and gently pulled on the tube but there is very little slack in it. It's impossible to see the drain tube where it connects to the back of the refrigerator. The only other idea I have is to pull the entire unit forward, into the RV, in order to access the rear of the refrigerator and see if my suspicion is correct or if it's another issue.

Any ideas before I attempt this fix? Thanks in advance!

Might try one of the inexpensive scope cams from Amazon and snake it up there to see what you see.
