Dometic RM1350 fridge wont turn on

I tried turning on the fridge today with no luck! When I push the on/off button nothing happened. I checked the fuses on the back, one small 3A and a glass fuse both were ok. Also checked the power socket that the fridge plugs into and it powered an electric drill. Also checked the 15A breaker for the fridge and it was not tripped, also cycled it off then on again. Any ideas what to do now?

I am assuming you are plugged into a 115 supply. This is an Absorption Cooling system, there is no compressor and requires hours to start cooling, even using the propane side it takes several hours.

Joenic53: yes, I am plugged in to shore power. I can't get a display on the display screen or anything. I even tried taking it off shore power and running on battery with no luck. The last time I used it was last year in September and it worked fine. Also, this TH was purchased new last year in June.

The control circuits are 12v so there is a fuse for it, I assume in the converter fuse area. Look for a bad fuse there. If you don't find one, measure to see if you have 12v at that circuit board.

I have read a little about checking the power for 12V at the fridge. I will do that and get back with you. Thanks
