Dometic Thermostat

We have a 2013 Saber fifth wheel. We've been using the furnace but turned it off yesterday as the weather was warm. When we turned it back on last night the airconditioner came on. It was set on furnace. We turned the temp up to 80 still no heat. We have plenty of propane. My husband turn off the electricity and battery to see if it would reset but no luck. Fuse is ok.
Any ideas.

Does the furnace not run at all now?
Or only the A/C? (possible fan)

You may need to re-initialize your thermostat if it a Dometic digital 'stat.

Do you have a heat pump option or heat strip option in the A/C?

No heat pump or strip. Just re-initalized still no luck.

Does the furnace fan come on and run?

Do you hear any clicking (usually heard outside at the exhaust vent) after first turning the furnace on? (trying to light)

Are you sure you have propane?
Have you tried to light all stove burners at the same time? If so, do they have good/large flames?

Furnace fan does not come on. Stove and hot water heater work so we know we have propane.
We think we found the problem. My husband took the cover off of the thermostat and there is a broken wire. So we've called the RV Medic.
Thanks for all the help. We tried all of your suggestions.
