Drive Dvd player and radio

I have a 2018 Forest River Trailer and the dvd player will not play in color. How do I fix this.

I just got my color working on my Drive model EEDV06. If you press the "source" button on your tv remote and then choose "AV" you should have color. Hope this helps.

Same problem I had..... and the fix worked for me as well! Didn’t know there was an AV selection. Thanks for posting!
The only issue now is the built in DVD hangs every once in a while. So I just put in a small blue ray and use the sound bar as just that.... for the sound.
