Drive DVD player skipping

I have a 2017 avenger ati 27dbs. We purchased it from camping world. It came with a drive entertainment center. It works well except for the DVD player. It constantly skips. I know it is not the DVD. New dvds old dvds it doesn't matter. My question is, is it fixable or is this drive entertainment system a piece of crap? If so, what is a good one to run or upgrade to?

Have you tried contacting them and explaining the problem. They may suggest a replacement / swap out? We have one also and have had no issue with the unit, DVD or otherwise.

No not yet. I can't find much info on these systems. I have the manual. I will call them or camping world. Just asking first in case there was an easy fix.

Yeah, I have the Manual, for what good it is. I agree, not much information out there regarding these players. I have not had any problems so far. Might jinx myself now....lol! I could be wrong but I think these are Jensen "wannabe" knock offs.

If that doesn't work...then the unit is toast and they don't repair them...if it is under warranty...let 'em give you a new one. If not, go elsewhere to find something that will fit and do what you need like Crutchfield.com or your local car stereo installation shop.
