Drive EEDV06

DVD's only play in black and white. Reset unit, connected to Furrion tv. What am I missing? Went through the set up menus and saw no obvious errors.

Appears to be the video input to the tv. Swapped in a different DVD player and the picture was still black and white through the video input. Swapped to a HDMI cable and the picture was in color and clear. I do not have a different tv to confirm.

Are you using the Component Input (green connector) or Composite Input (yellow) on the TV? If using Component (green), you'll get black and white. If using Composite, you'll get color.

Composite is narrow bandwidth so crappy picture, you're better off using something with HDMI anyway.

Thanks Dan The only choice for RCA jack input is Green which explains the problem.

Fixed the problem by using the AVI output from the player.
