Dual comfort thermostat

I have a 2019 Columbus 1492 front kitchen. The unit came with a single “RV comfort.ZC” dual comfort thermostat. With the thermostat set to heat in both zones I’m showing 70 in zone 1 and 63 in zone 2. The thermostat is set for 70 in both zones. What would be the reason for some 2 to not kick on with the temp below 70? Also zone 2 (zone that is lower than set temp) is showing a flame on the screen while zone 1 is not. Thank you for all your help.

Do you have 1 or 2 furnaces?

I have 2 zones but one furnace. It is tied to zone 1. Once that gets to temperature, the furnace stops.

I need to use fans to move air myself if I want even heating.

That may be it then. I must have 1 furnace. Thank you. You just use a regular to help move the heat?

We use space heaters and I’ve replaced a couple of fans that can be closed to force more air other places.

We have a '17 Forest River FR3. The thermostat lights are blinking, although everything is turned off. Any suggestions.

Thank you

That’s what I do as well with the space heaters. Seems to work pretty good for the most part. Thank you for the help.
