Unhappy Duo Therm, cool but not heat
My thermostat will work on cool but not on heat.... please we live in this and its cold for an old lady. Any suggestions

Furnace fan set to auto?

Fan is set to auto and the stove does light.... for a few days we noticed that when it did this and we shut it off and waited a while, it came back on

Strange, just tried it again, and when I turn it to furnace, the A/C comes on, so we're getting air on settings for both furnace and A/C

What kind of thermostat you have? Any pictures? It helps to know....

Thanks, gave up and called repairman after I realized it was covered under our warranty. appreciate the help
