DVD player install

Just bought a Georgetown GT5 class A. It has three TVs. One of the cupboards has a 3-position coax switch. Coax in is labeled antenna, satellite, cable TV. I do not have a satellite dish.

I assume the three TVs all get the same feed from this switch?

I don't see any other video wiring in cupboards or elsewhere. What are my options for installing dvd player or other HDMI connection to TVs?
