New purchase of 2016 Forest River Wildwood 253RLXL. Entertainment system works great except it will only pull DVD/CD half way in then stops/spits back out. Can't figure it out. Any ideas? Thanx

Make sure you don't have any kind of paper label on it (nothing but a burned-in label). Including any library code label. If it does take it in, it may never come out again. Been there! 😱
