Electric heat

I have a 2018 Rockwood Signature 8324BS with two air conditioners and an electric "fireplace" in the front of the trailer.
During my second camping trip with this trailer, I discovered that the front AC unit did not put out any heat when on electric heat setting of the thermostat. I removed the inside grill plastic and found that there is no heating coil in this unit. The rear AC has a heating coil and it works.
Is there any reason that I should not add a coil to the front AC unit?

Thanks for any opinions and reasons.

sounds like they gave you 'fireplace' electric heat in the front, and 'ac' electric heat in the rear, along with your furnace, of course... most of the rest of us only have furnace heating : /
