excessive ice and frost buildup

We have a Dometic 2652LBFX in our 2013 Rockwood 8289. Had ice build up around inside of freezer door. Had technician look at it and said we needed new door as original was not sealing. Dometic agreed to replace it . While we were in Utah it did better but once we returned to Tx. the problem returned. It also has to be defrosted every month or sooner. Never encountered this problem with our other fifth wheel refrigerator. Any suggestions?

Defrosting about once a month sounds about normal if you are using it, what causes the frost is warm moist air coming in every time you open the door or door not sealing correctly.
