Will do, just trying to get a head start on cooling the fridge. That's all I'm trying to run.

Will fridge run just off shore power without battery hooked up?

Yes but you would need to have the converter enabled. There is a 120VAC-to-12VDC converter (usually attached to or near the AC load center) that supplies 12VDC to charge the battery and run the low-voltage equipment. The converter has its own breaker in the AC load center but you would not want to turn it off because, while it might save a 1 amp draw (if only maintaining the battery), the 12 volts it produces even without charging the battery would be required to run the control electronics in the fridge if the battery itself were disconnected.

Unless this is a one time thing and you will never be doing this again. I recommend you spend the money for a good HD extension cord. This way you can use it every time you need to pre-cool the fridge. A better solution, but more expensive and more permanent one is to have a 30A line run to where the RV is and add a 30A outlet box.

I keep it in a storage, so 30amp plug is out of the question.

Just use Propane. We start it the night before in storage on the battery.

I have mine plugged into a normal 110v outlet, fridge is running cool and battery is charged.

Your unit should do the same without issue.
