Nah, I just had 2. New trailer, bad concertone, 200 mile one
way trip to dealer.
Removed unit, UPS to dealer.
He sent me a new unit in the box with harness, remote,
owners manual. Now I have 2 remotes.... sent the player
back 2 more times before I gave up and just settled
for one that worked sort of. This left a bad taste.... I had
to pay to send all 3 units back even tho the dealer admitted
they were bad. At that time concertone wouldn't answer
the phone or return calls if you left a message.
I gave up messing with it this summer.
In fact it was haunted!! We watched a DVD one night
before bed and then I got up and ejected the disk and
hit power off. It went dark. We went to bed and a few
minutes later the front display started flashing on and off
in some sort of random, outer space spooky pattern.
I think it was trying to communicate with the mother
ship.
It spooked me so I pulled the fuse.
After that we had to pull the fuse each time when we were
done because it might turn back on or just refuse to shut
off in the first place.
It's a damn shame they couldn't do better than that.
Jensen's are also made in China but THEY WORK.
I don't know if there's another Forest River product in my
future but it will NOT have a concertone in it when I buy
it.
