Fridge Connection

I found the following behind my Dometic Fridge yesterday:

That is #6 wire, and yes, that's the propane gas line that it's tied to (the line that goes to the valve and then into the flue). I generally feel that electricity and explosive gases don't mix well. (I'm guessing that this is just grounding the fridge to the frame, but still...)

It is a ground wire and is bonded to the gas line. It is a safety feature, DO NOT remove it. It keeps things from going boom.
