He shopped around to get the best deal (or so he thought). With some guidance from the right people, he should be able to get it fixed and be back in business. Not everyone knows exactly what they are getting into with these things (they are not like buying a car or any other vehicle for that matter), they just muddle through. It's not uncommon for people to be blind shoppers. Did he put himself in a tough situation? Probably. Is your post helping the situation? Definately not.

Just sayin'.
