Fridge Issues DM2652

I have a 2015 FR Wildwood 181 X-lite. This is the second season of use but first for the; fridge, AC, Generator. First, cut the wire in the light fixture to eliminate the humidity control. (light works, so far, so go) I started at home 48 hours before departure. but not perfect. I have an Accurite remote to monitor the temp without opening the appliance. I put 4 or 5 cooled but not frozen water bottles in and a fan with D batteries to move the air and help with cooling setup. I made sure I had gas to the stove and pushed the on/off to auto. Yellow light stayed on. Not knowing for sure, I tried pushing gas or auto, light stayed on so I figured it was working. 20 hours later my sensors showed low 60's in both. I replaced all of the batteries to aliki and some time later no change. The water bottles I put in seemed cool and I could feel cool but it wasn't cooling as I thought it should. I plugged in the 110 to my30 amp cord the last 15 hours to top off the batteries (2-t105's) hoping it would finish the job. I didn't realize at the time but by plugging in the 110, the fridge could/should revert to electricity. Luckily I didn't lose anything, brought coolers but when I got home I plugged in the 110 for 48 hours just to start with full batteries. I have a TM/SC 2030 combo but haven't received my panels. I don't have an on/off switch so I'm willing to try anything. I have included the pic of my Accurite just for reference, hopefully I can answer any questions. Thanks in advance.

You didn't mention if your trailer is level front to back and side to side. Its key that it be level for the fridge to function correctly. I have the same accu temperature monitor and find it to be not that accurate. I use these as well and find they are more accurate.

Another item to look at is the fan(s) located at the back of the fridge. I replaced mine with quiet computer fans that are rated at a higher cfm. I've heard issues with fridges that are located in slides that vent out the side to not work as well as those with the fridge directly above the fridge. Some have added additional fans to assist with airflow.

Thanks for a place to start. The "just not perfect" part of my post part was supposed to deal with that. At your suggestion, I went and checked it more critically. I found the front to back to be good at the tongue, I checked side to side in front of the fridge and (two ft.level) it showed maybe 80% in the level zone. I then checked front to back at the fridge and was off. I extended the front jack and it's darn close. I'm goint to leave it running and pick up a couple of inside temp sensors you show..... Thanks again

Day 3; On my extension cord the refer/freezer show 10 and 35 degrees. EXCELLENT, Now I look at the Accurite on the wall, they show 65 and 66. I push the factory reset, here a beep and it shows 10 and 35 PERFECT.
I unplugged and AC and turned on the propane side, 3 hours later (outside temp 83) 10 and 35. I'm going to let it go 8 hours total on propane and see what the battery cost will be.....it's fun when things work
