Fridge noise

On my first trip with. 2013 sabre 35 qsik
Cooled fridge off with shore power Thursday loaded it up this morning switched over to LP to keep it cool. Traveled about 2 hours. When I got here I opened and the fridge is making a loud whining sound. Switched back over to elect once attached to power. Still making noise. Seems to be working fine except for the noise. Any ideas what the noise may be

You might have a fan behind your fridge to ventilate the heat.

Sounds like maybe the fridge fan.
Not uncommon.
Replace it with a high quality computer type fan.

Thought it might be a fan. Just seems strange that it never made the noise at home. Only when arriving at camp site. Thanks guys.

I think those deals are pretty selective in when they decide to make noise .

The fan(s) are mounted behind the fridge just under the condenser, sorta like the black grille on old refrigerators. The fans are noisy only because they are somewhat high spee/ capacity. I think Turbs is suggesting smaller fans can be added in the outside access of the fridge pointing up. The existing fans will do better to keep the box cool in hot weather. I note mine start when the outside is 85 or more or earlier when using gas.
