I have called to shop and they said "bring it in at the end of the month" REALLY, Hope some one finds a answer to this problem and soon.
Keep in mind the 1350 goes through a auto defrost cycle every other day about the same time. The sensor is close to the cooling coil (fridge) and will pick up 10 degrees or more for a period of time. Perhaps you are seeing this same time every other day?

Bypass mode rules out everything but cooling unit.

Not on this one but have observed rupture of tubes on other units.

One more thought before off to the shop. Some have found a cure by vibrating the sinuous coils in the back of the fridge. Often there is a temporary blockage with rust and other contaminants. These normally circulate but can collect and cause a pressure reducing blockage. Use a heavy dowel or 2x2 and vibrate the tubes. Improvement if it works will be soon after. Believe I saw in a Dometic trouble shooting guide.

Sounds reasonable. If the unit wasn't under warranty better believe I would try it.

A few more ideas:

Flap hanging on left door, must shut every time.

Auto defrost every other day

Electronic circuit board could be faulty, contols temp.

Refrig and freezer must be manually defrosted 1-2 weeks-

Condener air flow not always issue. Fitted fans should be enough.

If I add more than a six pack, the temp rises like a ballon.....

VinceU: Thanks for more thoughts anything helps
*1 - Always close the left side flap
*2 - hope this is happening
*3 - Circuit Board???? Hmm ???
*4 - defrosted 1-2 wks went all last summer from April - Nov and didn't do this and no problems with unit???
*5 - two fans on upper unit in back blowing on unit.
got up three days ago and temp was 36 well was long after that went to 54 and yep you got it been there ever since <;-( unit does not have much in it, we have set up a small unit out side in the 100 degree heat and its keeping everything cold. sounds like a Long Trip to Dealer again.

If I was a betting guy and had the choice of what to renew, I'd pick the PCB which is falsely reading the box is down to temp. That's probably a couple hundred or less. Cooling unit would come next like Patrickdana in this same thread, but that's a couple of thousand (maybe 3500). Is this under warranty? The box retails for 7K, worth a trip to the dealer! Its good to troubleshoot like you have, a Dometic rep would know much better what to change.

Just had to get my Dometic cooling unit on the back of fridge replaced. Coils were so corroded ammonia could not circulate even after having it flushed 3 times. Price wasn't bad for just the coil unit on the back compared to a new fridge. I always make sure the motorhome is level as this is an important part for the fridge to work better. Need to say I wasn't impressed seeing just bought Motorhome 6 months ago and it is a 2011.
