I gave my Dometic refrigerator a second Chance but no luck. I think it's the heating element. It works on gas but no luck with power. Is it a big job to replace that element??? Anyone with some direction would help. My last alternative is the dealer.

That is simply a bad button switch!

Yup, it's a bad switch. The switch is on the circuit board so they are sending out a new circuit board for replacement.
