fridge won't cool

The fridge does not work in my 40 ft Cedar Creek Cottage RV and when the repairman came he said it needs to be replaced. It was running for 4 hours and did not start to cool. It is on electricity only and cannot be switched to propane. The RV is stationary as my cottage burned down so we needed something while we rebuild.

Thanks

I forgot to add my question! Should I get a fridge that switches between shore power and propane?

4 hours?
These fridges need sometimes a full 12 hours to cool down.

Fyi to get better responses you should start your own thread and not tag onto others.
Questions and answers get mixed up and confusing.
