Furion radio locked itself out from changes

Maiden voyage camping of my new TT.
On the SECOND day, I had the radio on inside and outside speakers.
It was a little loud for me so I tried to turn it down, no response.
Try to turn off a speaker zone, no response.
Try to turn it off, no response!
I read through the manual downloaded on my iPad. Nothing to help.
Bluetooth indicator is lit on the radio. My phone is connected but I see no way to control the radio. Turn off Bluetooth on all devices. No change.
I flipped every circuit breaker off, it was still playing. Evidently run off 12VDC. Finally I pulled the fuse for the radio, goes dead. Reinstalled the fuse, shut all circuit breakers, radio operates normally. (Microsoft troubleshooting & repair method
Any enlightenment available?
