Furnace

Anything I need to look for or be aware of when using furnace for the first time?

It'll stink and likely set off your smoke detector. Run it with the windows open the first time.

Agree with the fact that it will smell for a few hours while it burns off the oils used in manufacturing. May also be a bit noisy at first. Mine was and then got a bit quieter. Keep an eye on your propane level and you battery too if Boondocking.

My wife used to say the same thing about me when we used to smoke.

We quit that nasty old habit awhile back and no more complaints.
