Furnace---Air condtioner

I have A 2016 XLR toy hauler 29 ft trailer. Was checking to make sure everything is working after a long winter. When starting the furnace, the air conditioner comes on and wont go off. The furnace is working good, but can't stop the air conditioner. Wondering why?

Put thermostat on fan setting and set fan to auto. Heater should work without the AC fan coming on.

Not sure if I read this correctly once but......I may be wrong..

Check your buttons or slides or switches on your control panel.

Check to make sure you’re not set to “auto”?

Select manual if it’s a choice. What are your other options?
What brand of furnace do you have? Can you provide photos?

It's not your air conditioner running -- just the A/C unit's fan. Deuce has the correct info. The fan speed should be set to AU for Automatic.

Cycle Mode to FAN and use + key to cycle speed from HI to LO to AU in any order.

See????

I knew it had something to do with the “auto” selection. I had a 50/50 chance to be on or off. I got it wrong from what I read here.

Hope it works for you.

I have the same thermostat and they are correct.
Set the fan to auto, then go to Cool or Furnace, depending on which you want to run.
