Furnace fan

I cleaned a mud dauber nest off the fly wheel of my Suburban heater (NT-20S). Even though I cleaned it when I turn on the thermostat after about ten seconds the fuse blows. Do I need a blower fan motor?

You might just need to see that the fan turns freely and give it a shot of oil. I would take it out if possible and hook it to a 12v source and see what happens. If the wires don't get warm or hot, you have something else wrong.
