Stove works fine.

When we turn on the furnace we hear a whoomp noise which we presume is the propane coming out to be lit, and we can also hear the fan working nicely. There is no click-click sound of the igniter trying to work.

How do you know when to warm the holding tanks? It's forecast to be in the upper 20s here tonight.

Is this something I can do or does it take a specialist?

In the library section, up at the top of this page, click on it and there'll be good info there, more than I can remember with CRS.

Just a thought till you can get it fixed. Since your in an RV park with external power and if there's a Wallyworld nearby (seems there always is) get an electric blanket. Their not expensive and would be good to have anyway. At least tonight you wont freeze. Just a thinking.
