Furnace ignition turns on self leveling jack system

I have a 2017 3051s Forester. When my furnace ignites it also turns on my self leveling jack system. I called forest River and they told me the furnace ignition is arcing and causing the jack system to turn on and that I need to have the ignition replaced. But I have concerns. What voltage is arcing? How many amps? What all can it be causing damage to?

Its an electric spark to start the flame. May be out of adjustment or using too much voltage to start the flame. Do your Jack's work off a remote or just push a button. If a remote, then it Coulb be RF interference from the spark control.

We have been fighting this issue on our 2800 that we purchased in January of 2017. They have changed the igniter and it didn't fix it. We have been going back and forth with them with no fix in sight. It would be very interesting to find out just how many units are out there that have this problem. I know of at least three others in the Sunseeker forum, mine, and now yours, so there is five without even looking very hard. Please update if you/your dealer/Forest River comes up with a solution.

Have they checked the ground wires on the leveling system? Not so much that it is grounded but it is a good ground.

What else have they done? I would assume they did try another control head unit.

I have this problem also on a 2016 Forester 2801. Another thread stated FR had some type of heat shield installed over the Bigfoot module near the heater. Don't know what that looks like or if it worked.
