OP is in Australia - terms are different. Van is sometimes short for caravan.

Oh well....bad on a lot of us to assume we’re dealing with someone in North America.
Certainly would’ve helped to know where the OP lives.
Maybe Australian rigs have a furnace as an option, and he doesn’t have one?

That's why I wrote "driver's side (wait- on the left side --- driver or not)".


He said he had a furnace in the post where he showed his thermostat.
