Furnace problem

Have a flagstaff pop up camper with furnace. Can't seem to get it to blow how. I plug it it shore power and power everything up, an the furnace blows hard but not cold. The outside vent is putting out fairly hot air. I'm trying to run it electric. I have the green switch and the red switch. I see a flame from the inside of the camper in the furnace and also a flame outside in the box where the switches are. What am I doing wrong. In the box I have the two switches, an igniter and 2 different turn knobs if that helps. Breakers aren't tripped and fuses are good

It looks like the switches that he is describing are the Water Heater Switches.

since you don't list the year or model of popup, nor the make and model of the furnace, posting pics of what you're talking about would be very helpful.

that said, your furnace is heated with propane and has no electric heat. you haven't mentioned if you have the tanks full of propane.
the furnace fan is run by 12v power, which can come from the battery or from the converter.
