Furnace proplems

I purchased a new 2015 32bh and are having furnace proplems. I had a authorized attwood service man look into it and cant figure out what is wrong. He called attwood technical support 3 times and got three different answers. I have no confidence in the dealership I bought this from. They lied to me and told me that they took care of it.they didnot touch it.they told me that it might take some time. This is a new design furnace. AFM series .dealership does not stock parts so this goes back and forth who pays for what. It is no wonder why people are turned off buying rvs.I got it to work but I had to restrict cobustion air flow blocking 75 percent of intake. Also they have proplems of water getting wet because of outside loover desigh.most likely I will have to pay to have this fixed.I would not recomend Chesaco Rv of Md to any one.

Call the manufacturer for the rv and get them in the loop pronto. You need the big guys in on this one, since it sounds like your in a major runaround. Any factory reps care to jump in on this forum members behalf!

So, for our knowledge and others in the future would you care to tell us what the problem with the factory installation is and what you had to do to correct it?
