Furnace runs but no air from vents

The furnace runs and gets hot. There is no air flow from any of the vents. I can feel heat at each vent but no forced air. This is on a 2017 Forest river fr3. These are the round vents that you can’t shut off. The fan on the furnace is running. I am going to assume that the outlet hose supplying the vents is blocked.

Round vents ? Most heating vents are rectangle and metal, located on the floor. FR3 different ?

Yep. There are two duct tubes that run from the furnace outlet under the jack knife couch and end near the door. The tubes are hot and I can feel heat from the vents just no air flow.

I'm with YouRoo then. Tube smashed or disconnected. Possible blockage somewhere ? Fan is running good ?

The fan runs. I am in the mountains on a hunting trip. Last night I pulled the furnace cover off, outside, and could see the fan running. I am going to try to reach the outlet duct today. If I have to remove the furnace then it’s off to the dealer for more warranty repairs

My previous TT had the rectangular vents in the floor. This '15 Freedom Express 310BHDS has the round vents above the floor at various places. The problem does sound as if the warm air is not being pushed through the 4" flexible tubes. It would be possible that the tubes are bent sharply blocking air flow.

Is there any draw into the return? Put a sheet of paper or toilet paper over the return to see if there is airflow. That will tell you whether the system is completely blocked or not.

I think I found the problem. I was finally able to get to the outlet tubes, under the floor under the fridge, and found that a cover plate for one of the tubes had vibrated open. It is supposed to be screwed together, but, good old forest river quality assurance was asleep again. I pushed the plate back in place and now the furnace won’t run at all.

It won't run at all, or the fan runs a little while, but it won't fire off?

Is it possible that you got an inlet port cover and closed it? That would prevent the sail switch from making and it won't let the furnace run.

It simply does nothing. Doesn’t even try to start. The electric supply is the same fuse as the fridge and the fridge works fine on gas and electric

It is possible that the vents are still crushed and the pressure blew off the plate you found. If no air or minimal is flowing because ducts are crushed, the sail switch will not operate and the furnace will shut off after initially trying to run.

When we got our trailer we had no air flow in the front half. The dealer found one tube under the shower cut and repaired it. Got it back and found it was only marginally better. Ended up searching myself and the end panel on the furnace itself had fallen off. All the heat was blowing into the under bed storage compartment where the furnace was located.

It could possibly now be in lock-out. (in control board)
Have you tried pulling the fuse for the furnace and cycling the power?
