Galaxy s5 hdmi adapter.

Anyone have any recommendations for a USB mini to hdmi adapter for my galaxy s5?

I'm wanting to use my dish app / hopper to watch shows on my camper tv via my android smartphone which virtually eliminates the need for a dish and receiver.

Samsung makes one. I've been wondering about them myself for the DW's Tab 3 but I haven't tried it out yet.

They list it at $39. But I haven't shopped around yet.

It's pretty much on par with what I paid for my iPad one. I'm just now debating whether we actually need two, or if just playing movies from my iPad is sufficient.

I have the Samsung branded one....picked it up for ~20$ with a coupon from them....works great, but honestly I use my android pad or windows pad usuly as they are micro hdmi and the batteries last longer. I too tried to replace my dish usage with the phone......but found quickly it takes a fairly fast connection for half good pic quality....and my sling box at home acts up sometimes......it can be a pain sometimes. ...and if u dont have wifi u can burn through some serious data usage

Ironj,
If you prepare the shows for mobile you want to watch "before" you leave then they are loaded into your mobile device no?
Therefore no wifi needed?

How well does it work with movies that are already loaded? In our case, we'd be looking to use it for digital copies of movies stored on the microSD in the DW's Tab 3.
